HE appoints elders by His Spirit (Acts 20:28), working through the Biblical ordination process in His churches (Acts 6, Titus 1, 1 Timothy 3) to appoint leaders for the good of His people. They lead, with the "sheep's" spiritual good in mind, so that their church can accomplish the Church's Scripture-defined mission of being fruitful in soul (Galatians 5:22-23) and by being fruitful in evangelism. When believers grumble against their God ordained leaders, the mission of the church can come to a standstill, as we see in this package.
