God's plan for funding His work in the world is our tithing, plus. Jesus is the ultimate doer of this in many ways. Our tithing (plus) is right for us to do and is to provide an abundance of funds for Christ's Church. It is God's design of rewarding & taking care of His ministers and their families, a means of both His purifying the heart of the giver and our bringing glory to Him on earth.

Jesus offers for us (as a priest) things that we can't provide for ourselves, unto eternal life.
Listen to hear how much we need Him.

Jesus is an example to us of being a good follower and of being a good leader. As follower, He followed His Father's will, to the salvation of His people. As leader, He interceded with His own life to bless His people. Like Him, leaders who are Christians are to work so that those under them are blessed. Like Him, we as Christians are to be good followers that the people around us are blessed by our good following of those who are above us.

God puts the role of leadership in His churches in the hands of elders, and not in the hands of everybody. HE appoints elders by His Spirit (Acts 20:28), working through the Biblical ordination process in His churches (Acts 6, Titus 1, 1 Timothy 3) to appoint leaders for the good of His people. They lead, with the "sheep's" spiritual good in mind, so that their church can accomplish the Church's Scripture-defined mission of being fruitful in soul (Galatians 5:22-23) and by being fruitful in evangelism. When believers grumble against their God ordained leaders, the mission of the church can come to a standstill, as we see in this package.
